High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) involves burst of high intensity followed by a short recovery period. HIIT is effective because it produces excess post-oxygen consumption, or EPOC. EPOC raises your resting metabolic rate for twenty-four hours or more after your training session. In other words, turning your body into a fat-burning machine for hours after your workout is complete!

Our HIIT workouts are designed to fit all fitness levels and will bring a new challenge EVERY.SINGLE.DAY. However, we will consistently emphasize strength + cardio + agility training in a circuit style format. You’ll share your dynamic experiences with a small, supportive group and an energetic coach by your side.

Cycle/Fusion

Indoor group cycling is a great way to improve overall physical fitness. These classes combine strength and cardiovascular endurances with low-impact movements, perfect for all fitness levels!

Our cycle classes will offer a thrilling ride in a trendy environment boosting state of the art sound system and LED lights. You will experience upbeat playlists that move you (literally) and coaches to motivate you through rhythmic choreography.

We offer both full cycle classes (about a 40 minute ride) and also a “Fusion” class that is 1/2 cycle (15-20 mins.) and 1/2 strength training (15-20 mins.)
